Our platform covers the full scale-up validation system from shake flasks to 7L–500L–40m³–400m³ fully automated parallel fermenters. We support batch, fed-batch, and continuous culture modes with process analytical technology (PAT) for online monitoring of pH, dissolved oxygen, off-gas, and biomass. Our stepwise scale-up process spans lab-scale, pilot-scale, and ton-scale commercial production.
